I know, it looks like summer has returned after a pretty poor July & August.
However, the nights are starting to come in and the winter run schedules for 2023/2024 are now available with specific dates in place for Tigers, Jackals, Wolves & Cheetahs, including Alwyn’s speed sessions.

Pumas use their own generic run routes and are more flexible in relation to which runs are done on which date.
