The Winter training run schedules for Tigers, Jackals, Wolves & Cheetahs have now been updated.
They can be found on the web site in the members section, under training & club nights.
I will be putting a hard copy of the runs up in the Neiley this week.
The Winter training runs start on Tuesday 7th September.
