The Summer Training Run Timetables are being updated for 2022 taking account of the Tuesday Handicap Races (for all runners) and also the Club 5 and Club 10. If you are not able to do the latter (5 and 10) then please offer to help or just support the runners around the course. Missing one training run won’t hurt your fitness. You could even run the route in reverse and support that way while still getting a run in!
Summer runs start on Tuesday 12th April and details of all Timetables should appear on Members -Training and Club Nights – then click on group you are interested in.
