We have a large and active Juniors section which has produced some national standard athletes over the years. Children over the age of 8 are warmly welcomed (see age restrictions).
We meet at 7:00pm each Tuesday and Thursday at the Harriers Club at Neiley. Most sessions last about one hour and parents/guardians are welcome to stay and watch or help. Anyone who would like to get involved in the coaching please speak to one of the junior coaches as we always need new people with new ideas and voices.
The club provides support for anyone undertaking the coaching courses.
We train all year round including during school holidays.
There are no changing facilities for juniors so young athletes will need to be already changed and have appropriate clothing for the weather.
