Announcing our Race Photo of the Year Competition
Did you know anyone logged in to our website can upload photos to the Member Wall part of the website.
Have you raced for the club this year? We’re wanting to celebrate all the amazing RACING that’s happened in 2022 and also encourage users to log in and use our club website.
We’re on the hunt for the best race photos of the year. Post them on our club website member wall and add a caption. Let’s capture all the amazing achievements of our club from across 2022. Group photos and individual photos are fine.
Your prize will be a beer voucher for O’Brien’s beer cafe in Holmfirth. You will be able to win this just in time for Christmas…
All you need in order to enter is to log in to the website and post your photo. It’s easy to log in to the website. Why not save the password in your device so you can get access to our other member only features such as the route library? Pick up a card from the club reception desk if you need the password, or ask an official for the password.
Eligibility
All photos posted on the Member Wall in 2022 will be eligible if they meet the following conditions:
- The photo much be taken at a race in 2022
- The runner must be wearing club kit
- The subject of the photo will win the prize. Therefore if there are two people in the photo they may share the prize. There is no group prize, so photos of three or more people will not be eligible to win.
- You may enter more than once, but no more than one photo per member will be shortlisted to win.
- The closing date will be midnight on Sunday 18th December (to allow time for Tinker Cup photos).
How to enter
- Log in to the website here.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Member Wall or visit this link to submit your entry.
- Use the date picker to pick the date the photo was taken.
- Don’t forget to include your name.
- That’s it!
How we will choose the winner
- Each photo on the Member Wall will be considered
- The website editor team will select a shortlist of the top 6 photos.
- The winner will then be picked randomly by a computer
