This long awaited Team event will be held on Saturday 18th September 2021 on the scenic seafront coast road at Redcar.

To enter, you will need to forward the Name of Athlete, Age Category, and a parent’s/guardian’s mobile number, to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do this before the end of August, so that the Teams are organised in good time.
The Club pays to enter teams so please check your calendars carefully to avoid team disappointment.
I think whilst self isolating is still a large part of withdrawal from events, it would be a good idea to have at least 2 Team Managers.
Team Managers check athletes have chips and race numbers on, and get them to the start line at the appropriate time.
Please assist Team Managers and be at the finish line to meet your athlete, with something for them to drink and a snack.
Make sure you bring safety pins to attach Race Numbers to the athletes HHAC vest. Road shoes for Road Races.
Can I also have a volunteer from U13s to bring the Club Tent and Flag to the Event. Team Managers/parents can assist in putting it up.
It is the expectation that parents in attendance will volunteer to act as Team Managers as required.
