Grim Leodis Half Marathon 2022

Grim Up North – Grim Leodis ½ Marathon – 5^th February 2022

Less than a week after my Meltham 10k I was over in Leeds for my 1^st Grim run of the year.

Also running was Tracey Newman, but she had already started her marathon after I arrived.

The route is mostly flat and on the Leeds – Liverpool Canal. We did venture off into fields and some muddy paths to add a bit of spice to proceedings.

Feeling good for the run, I managed to finish in 7^th with a time of 1h 36m 14s.

I did see Tracey a couple of times and we cheered each other on as we passed.

Tracey finished her marathon in 5h 4m 49s in 28^th place (6^th female)
