Regional event for adults and juniors. Run for your club. These championships will be used as a basis for selection of the Yorkshire Inter-County teams.

Details:

This event is held at Lightwater Valley Theme Park on a great course that can be testing in wet conditions. All standards of runners are welcome to take part and there is a great team atmosphere with spectators dashing across the course to cheer on runners as they negotiate the various loops. Plenty of easy parking and refreshments available on site. No the rides are not open!

U13 Girls - 2,550 meters - 11.00 am
U13 Boys - 2,550 meters - 11.15 am
U15 Girls - 3,900 meters - 11.35 am
U15 Boys - 4,450 meters - 12.00 noon
U17 Women - 4,450 meters - 12.20 pm
U20 Women - 6,350 meters - 12.45 pm
Senior Women - 8,250 meters - 12.45 pm
U17 Men - 6,350 meters - 1.45 pm
U20 Men - 8,250 meters - 2.10 pm
Senior Men - 10,150 meters - 2.10 pm

U13 Girls/Boys must be at least 11 or 12 at midnight 31/08/2023
U15 Girls/Boys must be at least 13 or 14 at midnight 31/08/2023
U17 Girls/Boys must be at least 15 or 16 at midnight 31/08/2023
U20 Women/Men must be at least 17, 18 or 19 at midnight 31/08/2023

How to attend the Yorkshire Counties Cross Country

Enter using the forms below for Seniors (Chris Beadle for men or Helena Croft for ladies) or Juniors (Scott Gibbs).

The Club will pay the Entry Fees provided you turn up to race. This rule is in place so that athletes know that by signing up, there is a commitment to race.
