This event is normally held at Lightwater Valley Theme Park on a great course that can be testing in wet conditions. All standards of runners are welcome to take part and there is a great team atmosphere with spectators dashing across the course to cheer on runners as they negotiate the various loops. Plenty of easy parking and refreshments available on site. No the rides are not open!
We will be posting details about how to be part of the block club entry shortly.
Entries for the Yorkshire, Northern, and National races are as follows:
Register via the Holmfirth Harriers AC website using the entry system in place. NB minimum age: you must be 11yrs on 31st August 2021 to enter the Northerns and Nationals, but for the Yorkshires, it's 11yrs on the day.
The Club will pay the Entry Fees provided you turn up to race. This rule is in place so that athletes know that by signing up, there is a commitment to race.
There are individual and team awards, so I hope as many of you as possible will take part.
