Alwyn Dewhirst organises Speed Sessions based on a variety of interval sessions at 7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays for Wolves.
Summer sessions are track-based and take place on the grass running track at Neiley.
Winter sessions are road-based starting from Neiley.
