Your favourite race of the year is back. Starting on a track going out through the park. You head out onto the road and take in a footpath or two. There's a couple of hills and some great support.

There will be prizes for the first ten individuals (male/female), first teams (male/female - three to count), age group winners in five year age band from 40 (male/female) and prizes for new male/female course records.
The race limit is 1200 - there will be no entries on the day.
