Come along and cheer the finalists as pairs race it out to win the Parlauf cup.
The event has an identical format to the heats:
Run laps of the marked out grass circuit, passing the baton between the cones according to marshal instructions.
That's it! You keep going until a whistle.
2026 heats - update
The heats of the Parlaufs took place on Tuesday 23rd June 2026.
The 38 pairs of competitors were divided in to 4 heats, with some very strongly contested races.
The final will take place on Tuesday the 30th June at 7:45pm - so all club members can finish training early and watch and cheer on the finalists.
