As with all team events it is important that if you say you can run then you do keep that date available. Teams will be picked from those that are available and reserves notified. Reserves often end up being needed due to injuries or illness of original team members, so be prepared to run right up to the day of the event; you may get a frantic phone call due to a last minute drop out!

Any Harriers entering and running in this event will receive 5 bonus points towards the club Road Championships.
