Details:

This is an FRA Junior Championship race for U9 (over 6)/U11/U13/U15/U17/U19.

Challenging but fun routes for each age group.

The Under 9/11 boys and girls will be exploring the area known as Dobby Shaw whilst the older age groups will venture a little further for each category with the Under 17 runners reaching Caw summit

The Under 19s will join the Seniors over the new Duddon Dash route climbs up the Walna Scar Road to visit White Pike before finishing over Caw.

All routes will be fully flagged and lots of marshals will be on hand to offer encouragement and ensure the correct routes are followed for each race.

Please enter the races based on the entrant's age at the end of 2024 as follows;
