PART OF THE HHAC
The Graham Ellis Club 10 is named as a memorial to the late Graham Ellis who died in June 2024. A member of the club since 1967, Graham was made Honorary Life Member following his incredible senior international career. He was undoubtedly one of the club’s most successful athletes and was Club Captain from 1977/78 to 1978/79. In its first year as Graham’s race we look forward to welcoming Christine and the wider family along to watch and present the prizes.

Runner Info
The 2026 Club 10 will use the same route as last year, starting and finishing in Farnley Tyas.
The race is a mass-start. Please ensure that you are at the start on Moor Lane ready for the gun at 7:00pm. As in previous years, slower runners will be allocated an earlier start time and they will be notified by email a few days before.
The race is handicapped so anyone can win the Beaumont Rose Bowl trophy.
The Route
The race starts and finishes on Moor Lane (near the "Joiners Shop") in Farnley Tyas. It is a two-lap course, following an anti-clockwise loop through Farnley Village, Thurstonland, the Roller-Coaster and back to Moor Lane.

Marshals
If you are free that evening and/or cannot run for any reason then we would be very grateful of your support. We need about 20 marshals to ensure the safety of the runners and you can register in the same way as runners using the form on this page.
The Club 10 forms part of the club's Summer Championship, along with the Club 5 and the Holmfirth 10k.
Entries are now closed. You can still register to volunteer using the space at the top of the page
If you would like to race, please enter using the registration link below. We require your estimated 10K time (NB: not 10 mile!) via the form by Thursday 2nd July at the latest, to give the handicappers opportunity to predict your finish time. Any notes/comments you might have about your 10K time estimates can be entered into the message box.
Entries close on Thursday 2nd July. There will be no late entries. All runners must be 16 or over.
