Dhabba Channey Tajeen - (Moroccan Influences)

A sub-Saharan dish cooked with a base of chickpeas, deeplyinfluenced by the Bedouin culture – our own fusion created from our blend of home spices added at intervals, sealed in terracotta dish and left to stew, sealing in intense flavours. This is a firm family favourite.

Charsi Karahi (Pakistani and Afghani influence)

A dish cooked in stir fried onions, mashed garlic & ginger herb pesto, stewed with plum tomatoes, and punchy vibrant spices, and then flared with our own blend of “Charsi Parsi” as we like to call it.

Niramish Sabzi - Indian, Bangladeshi, Pakistani (V)

A mellow flavoursome dish made with a medley of garden variety veg, cooked with touch of dry fenugreek, plum tomato puree and Curry leaf. Infused with a mild pesto of Kashmiri mustard Turmeric bisar (Version of Mix powder blend) and fresh herbs.
