The route, starting and finishing in the iconic Bolsover Castle grounds, takes place over a 10K distance. It is a fast, potential PB course with a maxium field of 1250. It is largely rural and flat(ish) - well, in Derbyshire standards! - with net downhill on the way out and a corresponding climb on the way back in.
We raise over £5000 a year for local causes, from this run, and is a fantastic race much coveted by other clubs around us, thanks to great team spirit and atmosphere on the day and a fast, interesting course.
