The is an English Fell Champs Race for 2026. The “classic” route will be enforced. First ascent to CP1 will be partially marked.
All parking at Low Beckside Farm on left as approaching village from A66. Registration at farm. Allow 10-15 mins from registration to start.
Navigation skills and competent mountain-craft are required. Please do not turn up if you are not confident to look after yourself on the fell in poor conditions. The race is NOT for beginners or those unfamiliar with the potential dangers inherent in being among the high fells.
