The race takes you through one of the most beautiful dales of the White Peak, Lathkil Dale, starting and finishing at the Lathkil Hotel – no better place to refresh yourself with great beer and food.
The Long Duddon is a classic fell race covering 18 miles around the head of the Duddon Valley with 6,000ft of climb over Harter, Hardknott, Little Stand, Swirl How, Dow Crag, White Pike and Caw.
One of the oldest courses in the calendar – a clockwise route which means you go up the steep approach, via Nab Scar, and down the steady side over High & Low Pikes – An English Championship counter
This is a gem with steep climbs, rough moor and fast paths, typifying all that’s best about South Pennine fell running. This race will take you to the parts of Tod that other races don’t reach.
A right mix of terrain. Cobbles to start with, then some grassy fields, muddy slopes, rocky bridleway and open moorland, some of it pathless. Look up occasionally and you’ll get some great views!!
This is an important event for our runners to put in their diaries as it acts as a qualifier for the National Road Relays.

The Sedbergh Hills Fell Race is an annual fell running race in Cumbria, England. The race starts and finishes in Sedbergh and has a distance of approximately 22.5km and contains 1830m of ascent.
Shelf Moor is a 9.1km, 457m ascent fell race from Old Glossop to the Higher Shelf Stones trig point, back across the moor on narrow rough paths before a steep grassy descent and a fast 800m finish
The Three Peaks Fell Race traverses the famous Yorkshire Dales mountains of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough and is one of the oldest, most famous and best organised fell races in Britain
