Please also bring kit – waterproof and leggings maybe required if wet or cloudy. Junior races and finish on top side of road (East side) and are on flagged courses in enclosed land. Junior races usually include U9, U11, U13, U15 and U17. Races are mainly run on rough farmland with tricky stream gullies or rough woodland sections. Parents need to ensure junior runners are healthy, able and capable of running the courses. If you have any doubts err on the side of caution and don’t run.
