The latest race in the series was held yesterday, Tuesday 4th June, at Magdale. 28 runners took part and unfortunately 3 had to retire injured.
Congratulations to Sam Williams who set a new course record of 18:20. Great running Sam.
Before the race was a short presentation and rendition of Happy Birthday to Richard Whale who celebrated his birthday (one with a zero at the end, we wont tell everyone what the first figure is Richard).
The results are on the website here along with the start times for race 4 on 2nd July.
