Summer Championship
The 2025 event turned out to be a very close contest. There was only 20 seconds between Brandon Holroyd and Tom Heap, across the 3 races, with Brandon emerging as the winner. The winner is the one with the lowest aggregate time across the Club 5, Club 10 & Club 10k races, based on handicap time.
There were similarly close contests amongst the other 7 qualifiers, with only 10 seconds seperating 3rd placed Hannah Austin and 4th placed Chris Beadle, 10 seconds between 6th placed Craig Sheard and 7th placed Michael Hall and, last but not least, only 5 seconds between 8th placed Anthony Waring and 9th placed Heidi O’Shea.
Let’s hope for a similarly close and exiting 2026 Championship.
