Race four in the summer series was held on 15th July with a number of Harriers braving the forecast heavy rain to run the two laps round Magdale.
As it happened, the rain stayed away and although the ground was wet underfoot, that didn’t stop some decent times and good humour from everyone.
Well done to everyone taking part. It was great to see some new faces this time and I look forward to seeing everyone again next month. It would be good to get a larger turnout for the final two races of the season and if you usually run with a group on 5k night, why not use this as part of the training. Warm up to the start, run the 5k then cool down over a longer route back to the club. Tell your friends !
Race 5 is on Tuesday 12 August, starting from 19:00.
