2025 Road Championships Final Results

In: News

The 2025 Road Championship was decided at the weekend with the final two races in this year’s calendar, The Longridge Christmas Pudding in the ‘long’ category and the Denby Dale Travellers 6 in the ‘short’.

There were some strong performances in both races with Paul Sammonds being first Harrier back at Longridge and Ben Jarvis being first overall (and by default, first Harrier back) at Denby Dale.

After leading the table for much of the year, Mike Hall was pipped at the post into third by Ben and Paul who take first and second place respectively.    Kudos must be given to Mike for competing in 11 championship races this year.

In the Ladies competition there were only two Harriers that completed the required six races and first place goes to Helena Croft with Keren Pearson being the runner up.

In the Age Graded competition, Ben took the title with Mike and Paul reversing their roles from the Men’s results, Mike coming second and Paul, third.

Congratulations to everyone that entered the championship this year.  Full results can be found here
