The Holmfirth Harriers Junior Xmas Handicap Races are to be held on Saturday 14th of December 2024 at Brooklands Nursery, Scholes.
The races are run on the field adjoining the nursery with the kind permission of Clark Brook, the owner of Brooklands.
As with all junior races these are handicapped so everyone has a chance of winning. This was demonstrated in the summer when over 50 young athletes took part in the summer road races and as can be seen from the results there were five new winners of trophies.
Brooklands is a great venue for the Xmas Races with the cafe being open for hot drinks and cakes afterward.
Registration for the race will take place from 10am at Brooklands with the first race starting at 10; 30am.
