Training nights

Notice: Thursday 26th August

On the Thursday 26 August Graeme Woodward and Brian Burgin are coming to the club evening. These 2 are coaches and are the driving force behind the Calderdale Network that we as a club are now part of. The network will
bring many benefits to us as a club in the main putting on courses on various key subjects in athletics eg Throws workshops plus other discipline workshops, coaching upgrade courses, fell running courses and a lot of other thing all of which will be fully advertised. The key thing is that on the 26th Graeme and Brian will be bringing and will demonstrate the use of the Casio hi speed cameras/Quintic software for video analysis. This will hopefully prompt some coaches to attend Biometric workshops. Please can as many of our athletes as possible be there on that Thursday evening as it will form an important part of that evenings training programme and with our recent tremendous successes on the Track and Field. This is important.
Thanks Tim
